M.A.D is a Fully equipped studio where indoor and outdoor group sessions are held. The sessions are also held sometimes at local parks. Sessions consist of cardio boxing, agility and speed, cardio circuits, strength circuits and weight training are never the same. They are suitable for all ages and fitness levels and show excellent results while being very fun and enjoyable. Remember what you put into your workout is what you achieve. We also now conduct Metafit classes by a Metafit qualified coach. Metafit classes are high interval training classes designed to help you gain big results, fast!
Personal Training Sessions: Monday - Saturday, 9:00am - 7:30pm
Group Sessions run from Monday - Friday, 6:00pm - 7:00pm and if it is your first time at M.A.D the first group session is FREE!
